7.1 WhatsApp Auto Responder Bot

This feature allows you to create an auto-responder bot that can serve as a customer service representative, enhancing efficiency in categorizing customer needs.

How to set up a WhatsApp Auto Responder?

  1. Click to begin.
  2. A “Add Rule” window will pop up.
  3. Enter a response that you anticipate your customers may inquire about.
  4. Set the conditions for this rule to enable the auto-responder bot to respond according to your specifications.
  5. After configuring the user message and its conditions, click ADD MESSAGE to draft your response.
  1. Type in your response and press . You can also click   to include a file such as a PDF or image or click  to send out a poll.
  2. Once you’ve set up the user message and your reply, press Save.
  3. Finally, click to start your auto-responder bot.
