Step 1

Provide an attractive offer
for the exhibition

We prepared an offer that would grab the attention of the exhibition participants, such as US$1 for a pack of Parma ham or US$1 for a bottle of wine.
Step 2

Collect leads

Customers who wanted to enjoy the offer needed to scan a QR code to collect the coupon. The QR code redirects customers to send a WhatsApp message to our business WhatsApp account.
Step 3

WhatsApp autoresponder bot

With the WhatsApp auto-responder bot feature in WtsToolKit, our WhatsApp bot will be able to reply to customers’ messages automatically.

After the customer has sent the message to our WhatsApp account, it automatically replies with an e-coupon to the customer.

Then, the customer can use the coupon at checkout.

Export customer list

After the exhibition, we used the export active chat list feature in WtsToolKit to export the contact list of customers who enjoyed the discount.
