5.5 Bulk Sending To Group

  1. Click Group Sender at side bar to open the sending dashboard.
  2. Click to download sample excel.
  3. Fill in the Excel file with the groups’ names and IDs (not the group link), then save the file.
    You can find the 22-digit group ID in the group link, e.g., https://chat.whatsapp.com/ JPqeYLrRUplLBXo6UGn4C9.
    If you want to export the group IDs for groups you have already joined, you can use the Contact List Grabber feature in WtsToolKit. For more details, please visit Contact List Grabber (Groups) page.
  4. Upload the excel by clicking and the data will load automatically.
  5. Text Your Message here.
  6. After you type in your message, Click .
  7. A “Launch” window will pop up. You can adjust the sending setting here.
